The 48 CFR final CMMC rule is here! It's scheduled for publication in the Federal Register on September 10, 2025, initiating a 60-day period before it becomes effective on November 10, 2025. Once in effect, the rule will start Phase 1 of the CMMC roll-out, and requirements will begin to be included in DoD contracts. Check out the video for more information!
